Graduated from Osmania university, India in 1980 and done his Master Degree in Surgery from Mysore university India. He has done his fellow ship in Vascular Surgery in St. Mary’s Hospital and Royal Free Hospital in London.
Joined in Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad since then and served as associate professor and vice president faculty till October 2011. He was a post graduate examiner for MCH and DNB for many years in India. He has several publications and presentations at national and international level. He has done research in diabetic foot / DVT in India in association with UK. Recipient of ‘Vydyasri’ Award in 2008.
